We produce many kinds of goods for our customers, Timber,Dura,We also have our own brand "Remeda".

Production Line:

	Raw Material Warehouse Material: Waste wood flour,Recycled plastic Melting,blending and additive dosing through in proportion
	Pelleting Warehouse The mix flour will be into the pelleting barrel to make different density and color wood-plastic raw materials. Different with older formula,our latest 3rd generation formula makes the wpc products hold a greater impact, higher quality.more intensity better than older products.
	Extrusion Workshop This year we input 4 lines,totally 20 extrusion lines now, monthly production 900Ton.Also we have more than 180 deck moulds. The machine is controlled by computer, It'll guarantee the exact size and intensity of the wood. Waste material can be recycled, so it can eliminate the waste pollution.
	Polishing and Embossing Workshop In this workshop the wood decks will be made into different surface as customer request. Surface:Sand,Brush,Wood grain A,Wood grain B.
	Packing Workshop All the WPC decks are well packed in this workshop. Our package is made by firm pallet with waterproof wrapping film,ensure the goods is perfect well in your hand.
	Testing and Inspection larboratory We have testing machines to inspect our every decks ,such us the impact resistance,water absorption test,UV testing. With these ,we can control the quality better.

R&D:

We have a very professional Research and Development team, we have our own laboratory and advanced equipments for test and inspections. In order to satisfy different clients' specific requirements and in order to catch up the developing market, we have to keep on researching new material and new style products so as to make our goods more efficient.
